Arya Samaj, founded by Dayanand Saraswati is a Hindu reform movement that promotes values and practices based on the belief in the impeccable authority of the Vedas. The marriage takes place according to the Arya Samaj procedure or Love & Court marriage procedure. The whole procedure takes around an hour or two, not 2-3 days as most marriage procedures take. It is a short ceremony where Vedic chants are recited and translated into a simple language for the couple to understand. After the procedure, they provide Marriage Registration Certificate which is completely valid and hence legalizes the marriage.
